Aventuine 

Aventuine had its roots originally as Wells and Associates, a training and business advisory Consultancy I established after selling my second company back in 1988.  As Wells and Associates I delivered small business courses at TAFE evening classes for start-ups  and provided presentations, courses and Advisory services to SME’s through the state owned Small Business Development Corporation WA.

 

In 1994 I acquired my first of four contracts to provide the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme in Western Australia and used Wells and Associates as the trading name under my flagship company Millpark Corporation Pty Ltd. In 2008 when I sold that business I retained Wells and Associates once again as my general consultancy vehicle and expanded my services to include equity investment and assisting emerging scalable businesses to become investor ready.

 

In 2015 I decided to refine the boundaries of my business facilitation services and consultancy and changed the name Wells and Associates to Aventuine to reflect the change and upgrade of my services putting the focus on Agriculture and Agri technology building on my 8 years of providing commercial facilitation to the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture and as an Expert Network Advisor for the Federal Governments Innovate Commercialisation program.
